The Restaurant du Cerisier offers gourmet cuisine. This magnificent venue has been awarded a star for its outs- tanding cuisine since January 2021. The cuisine is under the direction of the highly-skilled chef Mathieu Boutroy. Each dish is a gastronomic work of art, showcasing quality produce from Ferme du Pin and Maison du Pin. An unforgettable sensory experience in a remarkable architectural setting built by the ICM Heritage division of the ICM Group. At the same address in Lille, Le Ceri- sier offers an elegant and refined brasserie in the tradition of the great French brasseries, combining tradition and modernity.

L’Atelier du Cerisier is a bistronomic restaurant combining conviviality and flavour, perfectly in keeping with the Lands & Flavours tradition of excellence. More broadly, Claude Marquet has always placed great emphasis on Art and Culture.

ICM is an independent family group founded in 1975 by Claude Marquet. Claude Marquet was originally from Mayenne, and his roots in the region deeply anchored his group to these ancestral lands. The ICM group is independent and is currently run by Charles-Edouard Marquet and Rodolphe Marquet.

The ICM Group is a multi-disciplinary group with 5 areas businesses: an engineering area, an industrial area, a wellness area with sports activities including Neoness and Keep Cool, a Terre et Saveurs area which includes the Manoir du Pin wine business and the Cerisier gastronomic business, and finally a property development and investment area.
