Buckwheat, otherwise known as “black wheat”, is not a variety of wheat. It offers the advantage of being gluten-free. It is a small, grey-black fruit.
Highly nutritious, it is rich in protein and amino acids.

Once grown in France, it has now been replaced by barley, wheat and maize. Produced from our own stone-ground flour.

Ingredients: buckwheat flour, water, traces of gluten

Cooking instructions: 3 minutes in boiling water
